What do I need to apply for a Pathway?
We'll ask for your current registration level, how many years you've been qualified, your primary domain of interest, a copy of your most up-to-date CV, a link to your interpreter profile (website, LinkedIn or other platform), and a short note on your previous experience and what you're looking for.
How does Pathways differ from regular mentoring?
Mentoring is a one-to-one relationship between you and a mentor of your choice. A Pathway is a structured plan we shape with you — we match you with the right mentors or supervisors based on your goals, and the mentors feed back to us so we can keep your development on track.
What if a specialism doesn't suit me?
If a particular specialism doesn't align with your strengths or aspirations, we'll work with you to explore alternative routes or domains better suited to your skills and interests. The goal is intentional growth that feels right for you.
