I have lots of cats and dogs and like coffee and walking. I'm warm and empathetic and can stay calm when others are struggling to contain their emotions.
I enjoy hearing the stories that people bring to mediation and you'll find out that I'm a good listener while you talk through the situation you find yourself in.

I create a space where you can talk freely and openly about how you are feeling and how the conflict has affected you, professionally and personally. I may ask you some challenging questions in a gentle and understanding way to nudge you along in your narrative to fully understand what is going on for you.
